KUWAIT CITY, Feb 20: Education Ministry Undersecretary Dr Haitham Al-Athari issued a directive to all workers in public schools and educational districts regarding sick leaves endorsed by public clinics and hospitals, reports Al-Anba daily.According to the directive, the public schools and educational districts should not approve sick leave applications endorsed by public clinics and hospitals without going through the Public Medical Council.
