KUWAIT CITY, May 2: The fifth round of the Zain Premier League championship group culminates today with a crucial match between Al-Qadisiya and Al-Nasr at Mohammed Al-Hamad Stadium at 7:00 pm.

Both teams are eager to bounce back from recent setbacks. Al-Qadisiya suffered a defeat against Kuwait Club in the last round, denting its title hopes, while Al-Nasr slipped to sixth place after a loss to Al Salmiya.

Sitting third in the standings with 46 points, Al-Qadisiya aims to reignite its title ambitions by securing a win today. Coach Muhammad Al-Mashaan emphasizes the importance of restoring confidence and accumulating crucial points, especially with the Amir Cup final against Al-Salmiya approaching.

Al-Qadisiya will be without Libyan professional Mohamed Sula due to injury but welcomes back Mubarak Al-Fanini.
