Al-Baidan forms a committee to distribute dues to Al-Jahra and Al-Nasr clubs

KUWAIT CITY, March 16: Yousef Abdullah Al-Baidan, the Director General of the General Authority for Sports , has established a financial committee tasked with distributing financial dues to the technical and administrative staff of Jahra Club and Al-Nasr Club. This committee is chaired by Faisal Al-Yateem, Deputy Director-General of the Authority for the Finance and Administrative Sector, alongside Bashar Abdullah, Deputy Director-General of the Competitive Sports Sector, and Khalifa Al-Tararwa, Director of the Follow-up and Inspection Department, along with several accountants.

Director General Al-Baidan affirmed that the committee will execute its responsibilities by visiting the headquarters of both clubs to inspect their financial records thoroughly, ensuring all dues related to technical staff and employees are accounted for.

He stated, “The committee will ensure the disbursement of financial dues to technical, medical, and administrative staff following their contracts or appointment decisions, adhering strictly to prevailing regulations and systems concerning matters such as residency procedures for coaches and players, including renewal, transfer, entry visa, and visits.”

Furthermore, Al-Baidan emphasized that the committee is authorized to conduct banking transactions with financial institutions to facilitate salary payments and issue special checks to all employees of both Al-Nasr and Al-Jahra clubs. The committee’s mandate spans three months from its inception.
