Al Barjas Engages with Bangladesh Army Chief for Expertise Sharing

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 2, : Lieutenant General Anwar Al-Barjas, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, held discussions with the Bangladesh Chief of Army Staff General S M Shafiuddin Ahmed, SBP (BAR), OSP, ndu, psc, PhD, covering several matters of mutual interest, with a particular focus on security-related aspects.

The General Department of Relations and Security Media at the Ministry of Interior issued a press statement, confirming that on Wednesday, Lieutenant General Al-Barjas warmly received General S M Shafiuddin Ahmed and his accompanying delegation during their official visit to the country. During the meeting, they emphasized the profound ties between their two nations. Furthermore, the discussion included exploring ways to exchange experiences between Kuwait and Bangladesh, particularly by utilizing Bangladeshi technical workers in various sectors of the Ministry of Interior. This move aims to facilitate cooperation and foster a beneficial relationship between the two countries in this regard. (KUNA)
