“Warba” obtains the “ISO 9001:2015” certificate

Kuwait City, Dec 20: Warba Bank obtained the prestigious ISO certificate for quality management system QMS Global Group ISO 9001:2015 after successfully passing all stages of evaluation. This certificate is considered the first and best standard in the world for improving the performance of operations and levels of customer satisfaction. This certificate helps organizations monitor and manage quality in all operations, and sets a reference standard to measure operations in an objective manner.

The Chief Operations Officer at Warba Bank, Layali Mustafa Al-Fahad, expressed her pride in reaching this achievement, which confirms Warba’s commitment to implementing its vision aimed at achieving the best global practices for the quality management system in accordance with international standards, which raised the ceiling of the challenges, to provide distinguished levels of service that exceed customers’ expectations, Pointing out that it is a new addition to the Bank’s achievements, as this certificate is the culmination of the Bank’s efforts over the past years and its major role in improving the level of its operations.

She stated that Warba’s obtaining the ISO certification comes in conjunction with the growing competitiveness in the banking sector. This increased Warba’s competitive capabilities and encouraged it to continue achieving excellence in all its products and services to meet the needs of its clients and the Bank’s constant keenness to follow the latest methods and applications in work methodology and meet the requirements of clients and the development and success partners.

​She pointed out that the Bank is constantly improving the quality management systems and operations, which is reflected on the Bank’s level, explaining that this new certificate is considered an important developmental step for the Bank’s administrative quality system by obtaining international recognition, which is an evidence of the Bank’s implementation of the quality policy, which is represented by continuous development, improving customer satisfaction, and applying the best international practices, which are in line with the Bank’s aspirations to enhance Warba Bank’s leadership position in the Kuwaiti banking sector, and adopting the digital transformation methodology in its various operations.

Warba Bank is one of the banks that has achieved great successes in a short period, as it occupied a leading position in the field of Islamic digital banking services for individuals, and it is one of the largest local banks in the number of shareholders, and these are among the most prominent components that make the bank close to all members of society, in addition Warba Bank is considered among the 50 largest banks in the Middle East in terms of market value for the year 2023 – Forbes Middle East classification.
