Ethiopian maid’s ‘illicit’ baby dies after birth

KUWAIT CITY, April 27: An Ethiopian domestic worker became pregnant outside wedlock in her sponsor’s house in Jahra, and gave birth to her baby, who later died in Jahra Hospital. According to a security source, the domestic worker was taken to Jahra Hospital, but she went into labor upon entering the hospital and delivered the baby, who later died. A case has been filed against her and referred for investigation.
