Speaker Al-Ghanim cables Colombo counterpart congratulating him

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 3, (KUNA): His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable Monday to Sri Lanka’s President Gotabaya Rajapaksa, congratulating him on his country’s Independence Day, wishing the friendly people utmost prosperity.

His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah have sent similar cables. Meanwhile, National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Al- Ghanim sent Monday a cable to the Speaker of the Parliament of Sri Lanka Karu Jayasuriya, congratulating him on his country’s national day.
