Driver arrested who tried to flee after running over a cop

KUWAIT CITY, March 12: The Ministry of Interior arrested the driver of the vehicle who appeared on a video clip which went viral on social media overrunning a security man who was avoiding the violator to escape. The vehicle has been impounded whereas the violator has been referred to the competent authorities.
