LAS VEGAS. Nov 7, (Agencies): After a hiatus of three and a half years from the public eye, Céline Dion surprised everyone with an unexpected performance. Last week, the renowned “My Heart Will Go On” singer, now 55, exuded sheer happiness as she attended a hockey game featuring the Vegas Golden Knights and the Montreal Canadiens. Chantal Machabée, the vice president of hockey communications for the Canadiens, expressed her delight at seeing Céline in such high spirits.

“Considering all she’s been through, witnessing her like this, with that radiant smile and sheer happiness, is truly remarkable,” Machabée remarked. Céline had revealed her diagnosis of debilitating stiff-person syndrome just last year. “I know she has her ups and downs, but this was undeniably a great day, and it was heartwarming to witness.”

During her outing, the music icon engaged in conversation shared laughter, and even treated those present to a few notes of her melodious voice, Machabée added. “It was an extraordinary moment. She truly is an incredible woman.”

On Oct 30th, Céline Dion graced the locker room at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas to support her hometown team. She was spotted shaking hands with team members and capturing precious moments in photographs alongside her sons, René-Charles (22), and twins Eddy and Nelson (13).

Following her heartfelt interaction with the team, Machabée took to Instagram to share photos featuring the “I’m Alive” performer with her arm affectionately wrapped around her. She wrote in French, “We had a beautiful visit at the game in Vegas yesterday. Thanks, @celinedion, for your generosity. The whole team is thrilled to have met you and your family.”
