Kidnap bid foiled; Kuwaiti beaten by 6 men

KUWAIT CITY, March 23: A Kuwaiti woman filed a case against an unknown individual who abused her and gestured offensively at her on Fahaheel Road, says Al-Seyassah. According to security sources, the woman went to Riqqa Police Station and informed securitymen that she was driving down Fahaheel Road when a man driving a vehicle with Saudi number plate abused her for no reason, made an offensive gesture and spat at her. A case was registered and necessary steps have been taken to arrest the suspect. Meanwhile, a Filipina woman filed a case at Salmiya Police Station against an unknown man, who tried to kidnap her by pushing her into his vehicle but she managed to escape. Investigations have been launched to find and arrest the suspect.

Beaten by 6 men: A Kuwaiti citizen sustained injuries when six individuals attacked him on a road in Zahra area and ran away, reports Al-Seyassah daily. According to security sources, the victim went to Zahra Police Station with a medical report and informed securitymen about the incident, revealing that he knows two of his six assailants. A case was registered and investigations have been launched to find and arrest the suspects. Meanwhile, a Kuwaiti citizen in his 20s filed a case against two unknown individuals who attacked him in Fintas area. Investigations have been launched to find the suspects.
