67 Expats arrested violating Residence and Labor Laws

KUWAIT CITY, July 18: A successful security operation conducted by the General Department of Residence Affairs Investigation, in collaboration with the Tripartite Joint Committee, the Public Authority for Manpower, and the Department of Follow-up of Violators, led to the apprehension of 67 expats violating the Residence and Labor Law. The sudden security campaign targeted itinerant workers in the Fahaheel region, as well as the Hawalli and Farwaniya governorates.

Following the operation, all the violators were promptly handed over to the appropriate authorities to face the necessary legal actions against them. This operation highlights the continuous efforts and vigilance of Kuwait’s security forces in maintaining law and order and ensuring compliance with immigration and labor regulations.
