Chinese leaving country with KD 25,000 nabbed

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 10: Officers at the Kuwait International Airport have arrested a Chinese for attempting to leave the country with KD 25,000 hidden in a secret compartment in one of his bags, reports Al-Shahed daily. The daily added the man failed to justify the source of the money and the reason of his departure without informing the concerned officials about the large sum of money in his possession. The man has been referred to the Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh Police Station. In the meantime police are investigating.
