18 Kuwaitis returning from Dubai and Abu Dhabi referred to institutional quarantine

KUWAIT CITY, Apr 19: Eighteen citizens returning from abroad as part of the evacuation trips were referred to institutional quarantine at the Crown Plaza Hotel. The sources said that the transferred cases were 4 cases coming from Dubai and 9 from Abu Dhabi, and were later followed by transferring 5 other cases to the same hotel coming from Dubai.

This comes at a time when the health measures mentioned in the evacuation plan indicated isolation of the arrivals who suffer from high temperature or other symptoms of illness, or requesting their quarantine due to the lack of a suitable place for them in their houses, while those who are found not having high temperature or other respiratory illness symptoms have been referred to home quarantine for a period of 14 days.
