KUWAIT CITY April 29: Yarmouk edged Sulaibikhat 1-0 to clinch the coveted first division title, securing its spot in the prestigious Zain Premier League. Sitting atop the league standings with 30 points, Yarmouk stands proud, four points clear of Al-Tadamon in second place and nine points ahead of Al-Sahel in third.

Its upcoming fixtures hold the promise of further success. However, Al-Tadamon’s draw with Burgan (1-1) postponed its qualification to the Premier League, intensifying the battle for the coveted spots.

With the top two teams from the first division earning qualification, the race remains fierce. Al-Sahel must now win its final two matches against Sulaibikhat and Yarmouk while hoping for Al-Tadamon’s misfortune against Yarmouk.
