KUWAIT CITY, July 6: The General Fire Force successfully contained and extinguished a fire that broke out in an apartment building in the Farwaniya area earlier today. Tragically, the incident claimed the life of a woman and resulted in injuries to several individuals, who were promptly transferred to medical emergency services for treatment.
Major General Khaled Fahd, acting head of the fire brigade, and Brigadier General Ahmed Hamoud, acting deputy head of the firefighting sector, were present at the scene to oversee operations and coordinate rescue efforts.
