Wanted – ‘Hanging executioner squad’

KUWAIT CITY, March 14: ‘Required to join the Hanging Executioner Squad’, this is a circular which carries the signature of the Interior Ministry Undersecretary Lt General Mahmoud Al-Dosari and has been circulated to all departments, reports Al-Anba daily.

The squad affiliated to the Sentences Enforcement Department, which is legally competent to supervise the implementation of all criminal verdicts issued by the courts, and to ensure their implementation, actually needs more qualified people.

The circular called on non-commissioned and lower rank officers who want to join the squad to submit applications to the Sentences Enforcement Department according to the following conditions: The personnel who wish to apply must be a noncommissioned officer or a policeman, the applicants must be males only, should be physically and psychologically fit.

Only those who pass the qualification course, internal and external will be considered for appointment
