KUWAIT CITY, June 8: A General Traffic Department (GTD) policeman has filed a complaint with the police accusing two young men of insulting him when he issued them a traffic citation, says Al-Seyassah. According to a security source, the traffic man has filed a complaint with the West Sulaibikhat Police Station, accusing the two men of humiliating and insulting him. The police man said after insulting him, the two men drove off. The GTD said an arrest warrant has been issued against the two men.
