The real estate association calls on owners to reduce the burden of rent

KUWAIT CITY, Mar 15: The Real Estate Federation called on the owners of real estate companies and individuals to shoulder their nations economic and social responsibilities and support the owners of shops and owners of small and medium enterprises to follow the example of the rest of the companies so that they can support the Kuwait’s economy and maintain its strength and ability in facing this crisis and overcome it so that they can reduce burden of others.

The Union stressed that the state’s effectively supports financial, administrative and technical crisis and it should be matched by a quick and decisive reaction from the private sector and real estate owners from individuals and companies.

Sources further stated that the private sector and traders must stand with the state in difficult times and this must be transformed effectively and directly with all tenants affected by this crisis. The union commended the steps taken by the banking sector and the central bank, and the prompt and appropriate decisions that are in the interest of the country.
