'Sahel' app back online with full efficiency: Here’s how to use it

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 12: The unified government application for electronic services, "Sahel," has announced its return to full operational capacity, assuring users of its "usual efficiency."

In a post shared on the social media platform "X" on Thursday, Sahel outlined the steps required to resume using the application. The process involves the following steps:

- Open the "Sahel" application and enter the civil number.

- An authentication request will be sent to the "My Identity" application.

- Approve the authentication request in "My Identity."

- Return to the "Sahel" application to begin using its services.

This update follows previous disruptions, and the platform has confirmed a smooth restoration of services.
