The Keifan police are looking for an unidentified person for impersonating an employee of the Kuwait Municipality and stealing 170 dinars from a Bangladeshi, reports Al-Anba daily. According to a security source, the 38-year-old Bangladeshi told police the incident happened when he was on duty cleaning one of the roads in the area, and the suspect pulled over next to him and demanded to see his ID. The victim said, when he pulled out his wallet, the suspect grabbed it and stole 170 dinars which was in the wallet.

Meanwhile an unidentified Kuwaiti, born in 1973, has filed a complaint with the Adailiya Police Station accusing an unidentified person of robbing him of 52,850 Kuwaiti dinars, reports Al-Anba daily. The daily added, the complainant told police he saw an advertisement posted by the suspect. The advertisement said a plot of land is for sale in the Republic of Bosnia in a picturesque location. He said, he contacted the suspect and offered to buy the property and paid the money in advance through a bank transfer but the man failed to deliver the goods. He added, at the appointed time he went to receive the documents and discovered he had been cheated.
