Renewing of company license online launched

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 29: The Ministry of Commerce and Industry launched a service for renewing company licenses or changing the company’s address electronically via the Kuwait Business Center website.

The ministry said in a press statement that the first steps start with entering the site, then choosing the services of companies, institutions and licenses and moving to procedures for licensing amendments.

The fourth step is choosing to renew the license, change the address, or renew and change the address, then fill in the data and upload the required attachments, in addition to submitting the application.

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry pointed to the requirement to obtain approval from the relevant authorities, then pay fees and issue the license at home or in the office.

Last week, the Ministry launched the immediate issuance service for the commercial registry extract, in addition to the “To Whom It May Concern” statement issued in which the transactions were completed without visiting its affiliated centers
