KUWAIT CITY, March 30: MP Abdullah Al-Kandari disclosed people who are accused of involvement in real estate fraud have been exercising their illicit activity from outside Kuwait through e-mails and SMS, reports Al- Rai daily.
Al-Kandari said he supports compensating the victims of the fraud, affirming that there are parliamentary requests to establish a fund similar to that one which grants aids to countries that experience disasters.
