KUWAIT CITY, July 1: The final report issued by the Criminal Evidence Department shows the Syrian who killed his Kuwaiti mother and then stabbed to death martyr policeman Abdulaziz Al-Rashidi in broad daylight when the former was ordered to pull over for committing a traffic violation was not was not a drug user, reports Al- Rai daily.
His blood samples did not show any trace of narcotic substance. According to reliable sources close to the case, investigations also showed that the killer had nothing to with drugs either as an addict or as a drug pusher and that his criminal record was clean but he was unemployed.
