KUWAIT CITY, March 29: The Assistant Undersecretary for Operations and Traffic Affairs at the Ministry of Interior, Major-General Jamal Al-Sayegh, has ordered the immediate arrest of an unidentified motorist who was seen driving recklessly between Ishbiliya and Rihab, reports Al-Anba daily.
A security source said the motorist, believed to be a young man, was driving a white vanette. The senior official said such behavior is unacceptable, particularly at a time when the entire nation is involved in fighting the virus
