Pakistanis assault police impersonator

KUWAIT CITY, April 24: A case of impersonating police has been filed against the brother of an unidentified MP who was involved in a fight with some Pakistanis and sustained fracture in his leg and was rushed to a hospital, reports Al-Rai daily.

According to a security source, the fight erupted at an unidentified area after the Kuwaiti insulted a Pakistani and claimed he was a policeman.

The Pakistani reacted to the humiliation and several other Pakistanis supported their compatriot to repel the humiliation. A number of passers-by called the Operations Room of the Interior Ministry. Police rushed to the spot and took the Kuwaiti to a hospital when his real identity was disclosed.
