KUWAIT CITY, Sep 18: The Ministry of Interior security team was on its patrol in the Hawally area, during their patrol tour they found a driver inside a parked vehicle at a remote yard. On checking the identity it was found he was a Nepali citizen on searching the vehicle 5 bags of heroin was found in his possession and was waiting for the arrival of a customer. He has been referred to Drug enforcement department for further investigation.
