Money transfers from expats in Kuwait down 50%

KUWAIT CITY, April 23: The head of the Sultan Exchange Office, Ahmad Al-Sultan, said money transfers from expatriates were affected during March.

The decline was almost 50 percent which can be attributed to several reasons, most notably the closure of exchange and financial transfers offices during curfew period.
