MOI identifies Arab man and an Asian woman involved in a fight

KUWAIT CITY, April 25: The Ministry of Interior stated that the video clip which went viral on social media a quarrel between an Arab and a Asian nationality which took place in Hawally governorate, no complaint was filed by both parties while people in the clip has been identified to take legal measures regarding the incident.
