KUWAIT, May 13 (KUNA) - The Kuwaiti Ministry of Trade and Industry announced the monitoring of 62 cooperatives, supermarkets, commercial stores and pharmacy shops during its inspection tours and monitoring 59 retaurants to ensure the smooth flow of sales and delivery of foodstuffs to their beneficiaries, and to determine the extent of its commitment and to maintain the stability of product prices.
MOCI said in a statement to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) today, Wednesday, that its inspection teams' rounds are continuing their work, in light of the decisions in place regarding the procedures concerned to face the repercussions of the spread of Corona Virus (SARS Cove-2) infection that causes (Covid 19).
Emergency center received 104 complaints via the hotline (135), while one ration card was renewed and issued.
The necessity to abide by the law because of the exceptional circumstance the country is going through.
