KUWAIT CITY, Oct 2: MP-elect Hamdan Al-Azmi commented about the huge traffic jam on the first day of school Sunday. He attributed this to the decision of the Ministry of Education to specify the same closing time for all schools. He suggested resumption of the previous closing times as follows: 12:00 noon for the elementary, and 1:00 pm for the preparatory and secondary stages.
