Late night calls ‘I’ve something to tell you’

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 28: Police have arrested an unidentified person for harassing a Kuwaiti woman late in the night, reports Al-Rai daily. According to security sources, the man called the woman and apologized when the woman refused to talk to him. He told the woman he had called her by mistake and apologized, following which the man called again and asked if she could talk to him saying he has something to tell her.

The woman closed the phone in the face of the caller and the latter sent her a message saying he wants to tell her something. Seeing the persistence of the caller at the other end, the woman had no choice but to inform the Hawalli police and give the caller’s number.
