KUWAIT CITY, March 20: The Criminal Court has sentenced a Kuwaiti woman to 10 years imprisonment and obliged her to return the money to the victim 200,000 dinars which she had withdrawn from her bank account after stealing her ATM card and also borrowing money from other people after impersonating the victim, reports Al- Seyassah daily.
The victim was surprised by the multiplicity of financial claims against her, from individuals and banks, and she was subjected to executive measures, including search and arrest warrant, travel ban, and others without the slightest guilt.
