KUWAIT CITY, Sept 12: A Kuwaiti youth has been arrested by the Turkish police for allegedly robbing a Syrian last Monday, reports Al-Rai daily citing Turkish media reports. The Kuwaiti is said to have stolen two phones, 600 Euros and 5,000 Turkish liras from the Syrian tourist who was staying in a hotel in the suburb of Taksim.
