KUWAIT CITY, May 3: The Department of Cyber-crime has been tracking all the those who have been subjected to home quarantine and it was found that a Kuwaiti citizen broke the home quarantine and went out shopping to a cooperative.
Citizen has been handed over to the Ministry of Health in preparation for legal procedures as well as referring them to institutional quarantine.
