KUWAIT CITY, Sept 17: A traffic offense led to the arrest of an unidentified Kuwaiti who was in possession of a quantity of alcohol and drug consuming tools, reports Al-Rai daily. The suspect and the booze have been referred to the General Department of Drugs and Alcohol Control. The security source said the suspect’s vehicle has been impounded.
