Kuwait Tennis Academy triumphs in the third Ramadan Padel Championship

KUWAIT CITY, March 23: The Kuwait Tennis Academy Company’s team clinched the third Ramadan Padel Championship championship tournament organized by the Kuwait Investment Company in collaboration with the Union of Investment Companies. The event took place on the space courts in the Shuwaikh Industrial Area. Securing 100 points, the Kuwait Tennis Academy Company triumphed over the Kuwait Oil Company in a decisive victory.

Following closely behind, the Kuwait Oil Company secured second place with 70 points after defeating Kuwait Aria Insurance Brokerage Company, which claimed third place with 50 points by overcoming Ooredoo Communications Company, which finished fourth with 40 points.

Upon the tournament’s conclusion, Kuwait Investment Company extended honors to the tournament referees and the organizing committee, all of whom are members of the company. Additionally, the top four teams were recognized and awarded financial prizes in the order of $3,000, $1,500, $1,000, and $1,000 respectively.

Saleh Al-Sulami, the head of the Federation of Investment Companies, highlighted the success indicators of the championship, noting the increasing participation rates and the diverse range of business sectors that joined the event for the first time this year.

Dhari Al-Omar, the general coordinator of the tournament, disclosed that due to the heightened competition and the substantial demand from the private sector for participation in the third Ramadan Padel Tournament, held from March 18 to 20, a decision was made to introduce a fourth place among the winners.
