Kuwait army chief attends Gulf academy meeting

RIYADH, Oct 27: Kuwaiti Army Chief of Staff Lieut. Gen. Khaled Saleh Al-Sabah attended the first meeting of the board of the Gulf Academy for Strategic and Security Studies in Riyadh on Thursday. The meeting was attended by the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member countries’ army chiefs of staff and several GCC military officers, the GCC Secretariat General said in a press statement. During the meeting, the Gulf generals took stock of all achievements made in all fields and the Gulf academy’s arrangements for planned military programs, according to the statement. (KUNA)
