KUWAIT CITY, Sept 9: Kuwait Airways Corporation (KAC) on Wednesday launched its first commercial flight to Amsterdam, Netherlands, reports Annahar daily. The corporation now operates two flights per week from Kuwait to Amsterdam. The first flight to Amsterdam witnessed a smooth flow of procedures for the valued travelers; starting from their entry to Terminal 4, then the baggage weighing area until they reached the boarding gate. The best services were also provided upon boarding the aircraft. The travelers praised the services rendered by KAC employees who were keen on addressing their requests, while affirming that the aircraft took off on time.

In a press statement, KAC announced that its valued customers can book tickets through the several channels it provides; such as its offices at the Avenues Mall, Ministries Complex, Farwaniya and Terminal 4. These offices offer many services; including booking, amending, upgrading and canceling tickets; responding to inquiries; receiving complaints and comments; and assisting customers who can also call hotline number 171, download the electronic application or visit the website of KAC.
