KUWAIT CITY, Dec 2: The Hawalli police have arrested an unidentified Indian for bootlegging, reports Al-Rai daily. The daily added, the man was arrested on suspicion and police found in his vehicle 36 bottles of imported and locally- manufactured booze. The contraband and the suspect have been referred to the General Department for Drugs and Alcohol Control (GDDAC).
