KUWAIT CITY, Sept 9: When a Kuwaiti was summoned by the Hawalli police for interrogation for verbally abusing an Arab female dentist on duty, he told the interrogator that he was in so much pain that he does not even remember what he said, reports Al-Rai daily. This happened when the doctor told the visitor to follow the procedures laid down by the Health Ministry for treatment of patients and that he had to wait for his turn like others who also feel pain.
