KUWAIT CITY, Aug 13: Police have arrested a young Kuwaiti youngster for ‘disturbing’ female visitors to the beach along the Arabian Gulf Street, reports Al-Rai daily.
A security source said the arrest came after many young women called the Operations Room of the Interior Ministry saying the man was a nuisance and that he looked disoriented. When police confronted the man, he said ‘I just want to swim’. However, he has been referred to the authorities because he appeared abnormal.
