KUWAIT CITY, Sept 19 : When the Waha Police Station summoned an unidentified Kuwaiti for interrogation after his 60-year-old sister filed a complaint against him accusing him of threatening to kill her, he said he did not mean it but just blurted out the words in anger, reports Al-Anba daily. The case has been referred to the Public Prosecution.
