KUWAIT CITY, Dec 1: The Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) is issuing Article 19 residency permit to non-Kuwaiti partners in Kuwaiti companies, reports Al-Anba daily quoting a reliable source.

The source explained that the non-Kuwaiti partners should apply for Article 19 residency permit by filling up a form prepared by the concerned labor department and meet the following conditions or any other requirements set by PAM:

Submit a copy of the company’s incorporation contract and a certificate from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry with the names of the partners and their shares.

■ The share of the non-Kuwaiti partner in the capital of the company should not be less than KD 100,000.
■ Submit the company’s budget approved by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
■ Pay the specified fees.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Health has allocated 48 ambulances for each school, which will be used as polling stations during the parliamentary elections on Dec 5 and where the number of voters exceeds 5,000; in addition to 107 clinics with doctors and nurses, and 450 to 460 medical emergency workers, reports Al- Anba daily quoting sources.

Sources added the medical teams will be assigned in the five main voting centers to cover the schools round the clock on Election Day.
