The actor appeared on the Heart radio show alongside his The Life of Chuck co-star Karen Gillan to promote their upcoming film. While discussing his personal interests, the conversation shifted when the host mentioned Swift, leading to a moment of silence from Hiddleston before Gillan stepped in to redirect the discussion back to their project.

Hiddleston and Swift were romantically linked during the summer of 2016, in a relationship that lasted just a few months. The couple was frequently seen together at the time and introduced one another to their families before parting ways that September. Reports at the time described the separation as amicable.

Their relationship drew significant media attention, particularly after Hiddleston was photographed wearing a tank top with the phrase “I ♥ T.S.” during a holiday gathering. He later explained the moment as a lighthearted joke among friends.

Following their split, Swift went on to a long-term relationship with actor Joe Alwyn before beginning her current relationship with NFL player Travis Kelce in 2023.
