KUWAIT CITY, Sept 20: Dr. Ahmed Al-Awadhi, the Minister of Health, has initiated an investigation and suspended several doctors from their duties pending the completion of the inquiry. This action was taken in response to their refusal to reimburse payments they had received as advances for scheduled surgeries, which were ultimately declined by the patients.
