KUWAIT CITY, May 18: Ahmed Al-Kandari, Assistant Undersecretary for Administrative and Financial Affairs at the Ministry of Justice, has issued an internal circular emphasizing the need for all employees within the Administrative and Financial Affairs Sector to activate administrative services through the Civil Service Bureau’s website and mobile application (portal system).

The circular includes the following directives:

First: All Administrative and Financial Affairs Sector employees must activate the administrative services system available on the Civil Service Bureau’s mobile app and website. This activation will enable them to submit requests for periodic or emergency leave, as well as various types of leave (official, personal, or for medical appointments), and obtain certificates related to employment and financial data. No paper forms will be entertained.

Second: All supervisory personnel within the sector must ensure timely approval of employee requests through online portal by the designated deadlines. This measure supports the system’s full activation and facilitates the transition to digital services. Any paper-based requests submitted after the close of business on Thursday, May 15, 2025, will no longer be accepted.

Third: This circular must be communicated to all employees within the sector for immediate implementation and strict compliance.
