Employees at embassy attacked

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 28: A number of employees of an embassy of Gulf state were surprised when one of their residents in Kuwait started to attack and assault them, reports Al-Anba daily.

The daily added, the Gulf citizen, whose identity has not been disclosed, but is allegedly mentally ill, was handed over to the embassy to be deported to his country after his condition worsened, but the national was against this deportation.

When he attacked and assaulted the embassy staff, public securitymen controlled him and referred him to the Qadsiya Police Station until the deportation proceedings are completed.
