KUWAIT CITY, Feb 23: An arrest warrant has been issued against an (unidentified, believed to be) elderly Kuwaiti for inciting a female employee of the Ministry of Health in her twenties to have sex with him, reports Al-Rai daily.
The complainant told the Shuwaikh Industrial Area Police Station the Kuwaiti promised to give her any type of drugs or alcohol she likes to consume and offered her a duplicate key of his villa saying she can go to the villa and wait for him and that he has some urgent work to complete and promised to join her later in his villa. The woman, angered at the man’s behavior got his details from her employer and filed a complaint with the police station.
