Egyptian detained for insulting traffic officer

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 11: A police officer with the rank of lieutenant colonel has filed a complaint with the police accusing an Egyptian of insulting him, reports Al-Rai daily.
The daily added, this happened when the officer issued a citation to the Egyptian for parking his vehicle in the space reserved for people with special needs. The incident happened at a central market in the Hawalli Governorate. The Egyptian has been detained at a police station.
