KUWAIT CITY, May 21: Head of the Poultry Division in the Egyptian Chamber of Commerce Dr Abdel Aziz Al-Sayed confirmed that his country is ready to export any quantity of poultry to the Kuwaiti market, considering the receipt of poultry import requests from Kuwait in recent days, reports Al-Rai daily. In a statement to the daily, Al-Sayed disclosed: “We aim to export poultry to Kuwait and Saudi Arabia before the end of this year, after our success in entering the United Arab Emirates and Oman recently.

We assure our brothers in Kuwait that we have the facilities for export, especially the farms. We also met the conditions like ensuring that our products are free of pathogens. All the concerned parties are ready and we are waiting for a meeting with the authorities to discuss the final details; as well as the application of veterinary, health and nutritional regulations.”
